Budak 13 tahun cuba rogol wanita di dalam tandas Shell
MELAKA: Seorang wanita Cina mendakwa cuba dirogol oleh seorang budak lelaki melayu yang hanya beusia 13 tahun ketika berada di tandas wanita sebuah stesen minyak Shell di Jalan Munshi Abdullah, disini.
Menurutnya, dengan tidak semena-mena, pintu bilik airnya ditolak oleh budak lelaki terbabit yang cuba melakukan perkara yang tidak senonoh keatasnya, namun mangsa melawan tindakan mengejutkan, budak lelaki terbabit.
Dakwanya lagi, beliau berjaya diselamatkan selepas di selamatkan oleh pekerja di permis stesen minyak berkenaan.
Dalam pada itu, mangsa meluahkan rasa sedih kerana selepas kejadian itu berlaku, dia telah pergi ke balai polis untuk membuat laporan tetapi dia mendakwa tidak mendapat layanan yang sewajarnya dari pihak polis.
Insiden ini diceritakan mangsa menerusi mikro sosial Facebook beliau dan mula tesebar. Di bawah berikut adalah hasil tulisan beliau:
“Dear all, i was nearly been raped by a 13 year old malay kid at Shell Petrol Kiosk female toilet (Jalan Munshi Abdullah). I stop by there for a poo break and he stormed in when i opened the door after m done. With such a young mind, he manage to hold me and shut my mouth..he kissed my cheeks and molested my breast… While i struggled to fight him off … I shouted my lungs out till the opposite Bank Simpanan Nasional staff and customer heard my shouting..In between of fighting him off, i manage to bite his fingers..“After a few attempts of trying to open the door, finally i heard a few person outside the toilet.. With that i try even harder to open the door and manage to slot my palm in between the door to avoid the door being shut again ..And thank god the shell assistant was right outside the toilet with another malay lady and malay man after the door was partly open.. They caught him and keep him in the male toilet till the police are here..“And what was even heart breaking , is that the police ask me whether to let him go or continue with the police report.. Y on earth should i be letting him go??!!! And i m being questioned that did i make a lie??!! How sad is this that i m being questioned in such a way just because he is a kid….,Thank god he was not armed with any tool nor he is with other adult that may even harm me more.. And now i m in Hospital Besar Melaka for check up and will proceed with another investigation and report at IPK .. And a reminder to all the ladies and men out there, the world has changed.. A kid of 13 years old has managed to do such a criminal thing.Age doesnt matter when it comes to crime…please take extra precaution when u r out there..FYI, his name is Xxxxxx (Mykad : 0************). Address: **********..” (pihak kami tidak boleh memaparkan data suspek).“This is another front photo of the boy that tries to rape me yesterday.. He looks and act slumber.. Moreover, he tell lies that he is looking for his ‘adik’ at the toilet (the truth is , he is the youngest in the family)..And i got the info that his dad is a *** staff and his mom is a TEACHER.. how Shameful is this!!!!! A son of a Teacher can have such insane acts..! Now, family background doesnt matter, age doesnt matter, location doesnt matter, and time doesnt matter when it comes to crime..”“This is how the police station welcomes me when i was there at around 8.30 night on new yr eve… No one was at the counter to assist me ( my 1st thought.. Did all the police went for new yr eve countdown celebration??) .. I have to find the way myself to the respective sergeant to do further interview.. Another sad part, the very 1st question that the lady officer ask me isLady officer: U tak dapat lawan dia ke??”..Myself: kalau i tak lawan, i dah habis kena rogol..Lady officer: tak mungkin la.. Dia budak kecil, lagipun itu tempat awam..See, this is how our police handle cases..they take things easily.. And when i make my statement, she had it typed wrongly, and i ask for amendment.. All she said is “i sudah key in la, tak boleh nak tukar”.. But of cos i insist asking for amendment..and out of her frustration she said ” i kasi u tukar sampai u puas hati”..Sad sad sad.. I will have more encounters with these people till the case is close.. God pls be with me all the time..”
